Privacy Policy

MakeProp (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates makeprop.com, a residential real-estate listing marketing workspace that helps agents enhance listing photos, stage rooms, generate AI marketing copy and listing video, and prepare complete, shareable listing packages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using MakeProp, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use our service.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and optionally your full name. This is used to identify your account and communicate with you about the service.

Listing data. When you create a listing, you provide property details (address, price, bedroom count, etc.) and upload photos. This data is stored in your account and used to generate your listing package.

Photos. Photos you upload are stored securely in Supabase Storage (hosted on AWS). They are processed by our AI enhancement pipeline and retained until you delete the listing or your account.

Generated content. The material MakeProp produces for you — enhanced and virtually staged images, listing copy, Listing Scores, generated videos and reels, and the property package and its PDF — is stored in your account alongside the listing it belongs to, and is retained on the same terms as the listing itself.

Usage data. We collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us diagnose errors and improve the product.

Payment information. Paid plans are sold by Paddle, acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by MakeProp, and Paddle’s own privacy notice governs that data. MakeProp receives limited transaction, subscription and customer information from Paddle that is necessary to provide and administer your account. MakeProp does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We use your information solely to operate and improve MakeProp:

• To create, store, and display your listings and generated packages
• To send your photos and listing details to our AI processing pipeline (fal.ai for photo enhancement, virtual staging and video generation; Anthropic Claude for listing copy and Listing Score)
• To maintain your subscription and credit balance, using the subscription and transaction information Paddle provides
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To diagnose bugs and improve service reliability
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information or listing data to third parties. We do not use your listing photos or copy to train AI models.

MakeProp relies on the following trusted third-party services to deliver its features. Each is bound by its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage. Hosted on AWS infrastructure. supabase.com/privacy
• Vercel — Hosting and content delivery for makeprop.com, which means Vercel processes the web server logs described above. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement — page views, the site or campaign a visit came from, and general device and country information. It is cookieless, we do not send it your name, email or account identity, and it is not used to build a profile of you across other websites. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• fal.ai — AI photo enhancement, virtual staging, and listing video generation. Your photos are sent to fal.ai for processing in order to provide these features, and are handled under fal.ai’s own terms and privacy policy. fal.ai/privacy
• Anthropic — AI copy generation (MLS descriptions, social captions, Listing Score). Listing details (address, bedrooms, price, buyer persona) are sent to Anthropic’s API. No photos are sent to Anthropic. anthropic.com/privacy
• Paddle — Merchant of Record for paid plans. Paddle collects and processes payment details, issues invoices and receipts, and handles applicable taxes and refunds. MakeProp does not receive your payment details. paddle.com/legal/privacy

MakeProp is available worldwide and is operated from Türkiye. The services we rely on are located in other countries — Supabase and its AWS hosting, fal.ai, Anthropic and Paddle are all based in or operate from the United States and the European Union. Using MakeProp therefore involves your data being transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Where such a transfer is made from the EEA or the UK, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers make available, such as the standard contractual clauses included in their data processing terms. You can ask us what applies to your data at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Listing data and photos are retained until you delete the listing
• Account information is retained until you delete your account
• Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis for diagnostics
• After you request account deletion, we work to remove your data promptly, subject to any backups and legal obligations

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@makeprop.com with the subject “Delete my account.”

Access and portability. You can download your listing data and generated content from the Downloads tab in any listing at any time.

Correction. You can update your name and the brand details that appear on your listings from the Brand Kit. To correct your email address or any other account information, email hello@makeprop.com and we will take care of it.

Deletion. You can delete individual listings (and their photos) from the Listings page. To delete your entire account, email us.

California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of sale (we don’t sell data). Contact us to exercise these rights.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your listings and account data are access-controlled: every request is checked against the account that owns the record, and the database enforces that separation independently. Listing media is held in cloud storage and delivered to the app, to your PDFs and to a package you choose to share through unguessable, search-engine-excluded asset URLs. The copies frozen into a published property package are kept in separate, non-public storage and served through controlled links that expire. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth and are never stored in plaintext. See our Security page for a full overview.

MakeProp uses a single session cookie (managed by Supabase Auth) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our traffic measurement (Vercel Web Analytics, described above) is cookieless.

MakeProp is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of MakeProp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
